# Starten des Installationsassistenten

Sobald die Dateien auf den Server kopiert wurden, zeigen Sie Ihren Browser auf « <http://www.mydomain.com/chamilo> » oder lokal auf « <http://localhost/chamilo> », je nachdem, wo genau Sie das Verzeichnis abgelegt haben.

Wenn Sie einen VirtualHost in der Konfiguration Ihres Webservers konfigurieren konnten, laden Sie besser direkt eine Adresse dieses Formulars: « <http://www.virtualhost.com/> » ohne das Suffix *chamilo*\_.\_VirtualHosts sind außerhalb des Geltungsbereichs dieses Handbuchs, aber Sie können sie auf der Dokumentationswebsite von Apache oder von Nginx erfahren (falls Sie es verwenden).

In den folgenden Screenshots installieren wir Chamilo `1.9.4`. Die Installation aller Versionen von 1.9.\* ist fast exakt gleich, daher gilt das Verfahren auch für `1.9.0`, `1.9.2`, `1.9.4`, `1.9.6` und `1.9.8`.

Sie müssen dann eine Reihe von Schritten ausführen, um Ihre Plattformparameter anzugeben. Diese Schritte sind bei lokalen und Remote-Installationen nahezu identisch.
