# Backup importieren

Jedes Backup ist eine komprimierte Datei (eine Zip-Datei), die auf dem Server (im *archive/*-Verzeichnis) gespeichert ist. Es kann auch auf Ihren Computer heruntergeladen werden.

Chamilo ermöglicht es Ihnen auch, den Inhalt einer Sicherungskopie in einen neuen leeren Kurs zu importieren. Dies kann für einen Lehrer nützlich sein, der einen neuen Kurs erstellt.

So starten Sie den Import:

* klicken Sie auf den Link *Import backup* im Abschnitt *Backup und Import* ![](/files/-MWt4Gv_kMePDKL7aHyY)
* Wählen Sie die Quelle der Sicherung: entweder eine ZIP-Datei auf Ihrem Computer oder eine auf dem Server gespeicherte,
* wählen Sie aus, ob Sie den gesamten Kurs oder nur bestimmte Abschnitte importieren möchten (im nächsten Bildschirm ausgewählt werden),
* entscheiden, ob bestimmte Dateien während des Importvorgangs dupliziert oder ersetzt werden sollen,
* Klicken Sie auf *Backup importieren*, um den Import zu starten.
