# Importer/exporter des événements

L'outil d'agenda de Chamilo supporte l'importation et l'exportation de de fichiers de calendriers standards (Outlook, iCal). Pour importer un fichier Outlook, cliquez sur l'icône d'importation *Outlook* ![](/files/-MFUo5ta44fvjCSf-3uD) dans la barre d'actions et envoyez le fichier comme demandé. Ensuite, retournez à l'agenda en utilisant l'icône ![](/files/-MFUo5tl3A5tptcso6H4).

Les utilisateurs peuvent, de plus, exporter leurs événements au format iCal depuis la fenêtre pop-up de détails d'un événement. Vous pouvez sélectionner, au moment de l'export, le type d econfidentialité souhaité pour le fichier iCal exporté (*confiden**tiel**, priv**é**, p\_\_ublique*)
