# Hoe studenten certificaten genereren

Een van de lastigste aspecten van certificaten is zeker dat studenten **de assessments-tool** moeten invoeren om hun certificaat te genereren. Wanneer een student de evaluatietool opent en een standaardcertificaat is geconfigureerd, **en** heeft de student het minimumcijfer bereikt om het certificaat te krijgen, ziet hij een groot certificaatpictogram aan de rechterkant van het scherm. Dit zal hem rechtstreeks naar de certificaatpagina sturen.

De certificaatpagina gebruikt een unieke URL, dus de student kan de link gewoon kopiëren en later opnieuw gebruiken, zolang de link openbaar is, wat een optie is die de beheerder moet inschakelen, zoals deze:

Een eenmaal gegenereerd certificaat kan niet worden geannuleerd door de student. De docent moet de tool voor het beheer van certificaten openen om deze te verwijderen en de leerling opnieuw te laten genereren.
