Chamilo maakt onderscheid tussen onderhoudstools en cursusinstellingen om cursusonderhoud en back-up te vereenvoudigen. Verwijderen, legen, kopiëren, opslaan of herstellen van de inhoud van een cursus (gedeeltelijk of volledig) kan snel en efficiënt worden uitgevoerd met de tool *Back-up* ![](/files/N95HMnZ0sVtzeyiZk0Cq):
