# Links checker

Sinds versie 1.8.8.4 kun je \ (handmatig ) controleren of een link in leven is. Om dit te doen, klikt u op het kleine vergrootglaspictogram ![](/files/TKbWXT2dOc9e1zjtxx79) aan de rechterkant van de link zoals deze wordt vermeld op de pagina Links. Na een paar seconden (of minder) verschijnt een pictogram. Een groen vinkje ![](/files/XPmMNhOwtdubZTz1bxOj)betekent dat de link geldig is. Een rood bord ![](/files/-MhmvQYUnrFDltWYDSjr) betekent dat de link is verbroken.

**Opmerking**: de linkschecker probeert effectief verbinding te maken met de gegeven link **vanaf de server.** Als zodanig werkt een link die voor u werkt mogelijk niet voor de server, en vice versa. Hiervoor moet de server zijn uitgerust met de CURL-bibliotheek. Neem contact op met uw admin als dit het geval is.
