# Dropbox

صندوق الإرسال هو أداة تبادل ملفات تتيح لك ولمتعلميك مشاركة الملفات مع بعضكم البعض داخل الدورة.

> لجمع أعمال الطلاب المقيمة، عادةً ما تكون أداة [المهام](/2.x-ar/dlyl-almalm/teacher-guide/assessing-learners/assignments.md) أكثر ملاءمة، حيث تشمل ميزات التقييم والتعليقات. أما صندوق الإرسال فهو أكثر ملاءمة لمشاركة الملفات غير الرسمية.

## إرسال ملف

1. افتح أداة **Dropbox** من الصفحة الرئيسية للدورة
2. انقر على **مشاركة ملف جديد**
3. حدد الملف للرفع
4. اختر **المستلم(ين)** — مستخدم واحد أو أكثر مسجلين أو مجموعات الدورة
5. أرسل

## استلام الملفات

عندما يرسل أحدهم ملفًا إليك، يظهر في صندوق الوارد الخاص بك. يمكنك:

* **تنزيل** الملف
* **إضافة تعليق** إلى الملف (بعد استلامه)
* **نقل** الملف إلى إحدى فئاتك
* **حذف** الملف من صندوق الوارد الخاص بك

## تنظيم الملفات

يمكن تنظيم الملفات المرسلة والمستلمة في **فئات** (مجلدات) مخصصة. استخدم عناصر التحكم في الفئات في شريط أدوات صندوق الإرسال لإنشاء فئة، ثم انقل الملفات إليها. إذا كان إعداد المنصة "allow overwrite" مفعلاً، فإن إعادة إرسال ملف بنفس الاسم يتيح لك الكتابة فوق النسخة السابقة.

يمكنك أيضًا تنزيل الملفات المحددة بشكل جماعي كملف ZIP.

## كمدرس

* يمكنك إرسال الملفات إلى متعلم فردي، أو مجموعات من المتعلمين، أو جميع المستخدمين المسجلين
* يمكنك عرض الملفات التي أرسلها المتعلمون إليك
* هذه الأداة مفيدة لمشاركة المواد التكميلية، أو تقديم وثائق تعليقات فردية، أو استلام تقديمات غير رسمية
