# Course Reports Course reports give you an aggregate view of activity and performance across all learners in your course. ## Accessing Course Reports Open the **Tracking** Tracking tool from the course homepage and select the course-level reports view. ![The course tracking overview showing engagement metrics and learner activity summary](https://3870221420-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FSHilSeDtvDev0n1c7wbJ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-2168839e64b9a2e65898d717a5dde20e7a2380f3%2Ftracking-course-overview.png?alt=media) ## Available Reports ### Activity Overview A summary of overall course engagement: * Total number of enrolled learners * Average time spent in the course * Number of active learners (those who logged in recently) * Most and least accessed resources ### Exercise Reports For each exercise in the course: * Number of learners who attempted it * Average score * Score distribution * Number of learners who passed (based on the pass threshold you set) ### Learning Path Reports For each learning path: * Completion rates across all learners * Average progress percentage * Time spent per item * Learners who have completed the path vs. those still in progress ### Assignment Reports For each assignment: * Number of submissions received * Number of pending reviews * Score distribution for graded submissions ## Exporting Data You can export tracking and report data for further analysis. Look for the **Export** Export option to download data in a spreadsheet-compatible format. ## Session Reports If you teach within a session, reports are scoped to the session's learners. Session coaches have access to reports across all courses in their session.
