# Professional Support

Professional Support is a small read-only panel describing official Chamilo support services — useful if your organization needs paid help beyond community support.

## What It Shows and Where It Comes From

The panel fetches content from `version.chamilo.org/c/support/latest.php`, requesting it in your platform's interface language. The only thing your platform sends is that language code — nothing about your platform's usage or configuration.

## Purpose

This panel is informational and promotional: it points administrators toward Chamilo's official service providers (consulting, hosting, custom development, and certified support) for organizations that want a contracted, certified partner rather than relying solely on community forums.
