# 工單

分析區塊中的 **工單** 項目是進入 Chamilo 支援工單系統的捷徑 — 會直接開啟工單清單，而非設定頁面。

## 存取工單

在管理面板中，點選 **分析 > 工單**。

## 顯示內容

此處為追蹤與回覆支援請求的工單清單 — 與教師指南中 [支援工單](/3.x/zh-tw/jiao-shi-zhi-nan/teacher-guide/tickets.md) 頁面從支援人員角度所介紹的工單系統相同。
