# Rooms

The **Rooms** block on the administration dashboard manages the physical locations Chamilo can track for in-person or blended training: branches (sites), the rooms within them, and a tool to find which rooms are free at a given time.

## Accessing the Rooms Block

From the administration panel, the **Rooms** block appears alongside the other dashboard blocks. Click any of its links to open the corresponding tool.

## Multi-URL Note

On a multi-URL (multi-tenant) install, branches and rooms are scoped to a single access URL each — they are never shared across portals.
