The Room Availability Finder is a scheduling tool: pick a start and end date/time, and it tells you which rooms are free and which are already booked for that window.
From the administration panel, click Rooms > Room availability finder.
After choosing a start and end date/time, every room on the current portal is checked against existing bookings and split into two lists:
Available rooms — Free for the requested slot, shown with their title, branch, floor, and capacity
Occupied rooms — Already booked, with the conflicting booking's title and time range
A room becomes "occupied" because it has been assigned to an attendance-tracking calendar entry, a course, or a specific session-course pairing for that time window — in other words, this checks real bookings made through the attendance and session tools, not a separate reservation calendar. This makes it a conflict-checker for physical rooms used in classroom or blended (in-person) session-based courses.
To assign a room to a course from the teacher side, see Branches and Rooms in the Teacher Guide.
