# Test to PDF

Test to PDF <img src="https://2111850333-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2Fti3Ac0vWGXg7lrHAYz3r%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c05bc3b2bf9ab035b039fd26ec26a2a734de50f9%2Fmdi-file-pdf-box.svg?alt=media" alt="Test to PDF" data-size="line"> exports a course test's questions to a printable PDF — questions only, answers only, or both together — useful for a paper version of a test.

## Accessing the Tool

Once enabled, a **Test to PDF** tool appears on your course homepage, listing every test in the course (or session). Each row offers three actions: **Download questions**, **Download answers**, and **Download all**.

## Tips

* **Not every question type is supported** — Only a subset of Chamilo's question types (multiple choice, true/false, and similar closed formats) export cleanly; open-ended or more complex question types may not appear correctly, if at all
* **Check the output before printing a full batch** — Review the generated PDF for one test before mass-printing for an exam session
