Tracking and Reporting

Chamilo tracks learner activity throughout the platform, giving you detailed insights into how your learners are progressing.

• Learner Tracking — Monitor individual learner activity: login times, time spent, pages visited, and tool usage

• Course Reports — View aggregate data across all learners in a course

• Certificates and Skills — Award certificates based on gradebook scores and validate acquired skills

Accessing Reports

From your course, click the Tracking tool on the course homepage. You can also access reporting from the Reporting link in the sidebar for a cross-course overview.

Teachers see reporting data for courses they teach. Session coaches see data across all courses within their session.
